When Do We Run?

  • Tuesday morning interval session at 4:50am at Sandgate (corner of Cliff St and Flinders Parade)
  • Tuesday evenings from Redcliffe Jetty at 6:30pm.
  • Thursday evenings at 6:30pm from various parks and members’ homes around Redcliffe.
  • Thursday morning sessions – 5:00am Core & Strength followed by hills or speed (location varies each week)
  • Saturday and Sunday mornings from the Redcliffe Jetty at 5:30am in summer and 6:00am in winter.

Our club has all levels of runners and walkers so you are bound to find a group or buddy to run/walk with. Please feel free to join us free for 2 club runs prior to joining and if you need more information, contact info.mbrr@gmail.com one of our committee members will get back to you.
